Drink-a-Pint

It’s a gloomy, wet, cool Friday here in New Jersey and it feels like the weekend (not to mention Summer!) can’t come soon enough. Thankfully, Sam Adams is here to brighten our day with the announcement that their “Beers of Summer” 12 and 24-packs will be available for our drinking needs from May through July.

Here’s what’s in the box:

• Samuel Adams Boston Lager - Complex and balanced with a beautiful hop aroma.
• Sam Adams Light® - Great tasting, yet drinkable, with a smooth finish.
• Samuel Adams Summer Ale - Bright and citrusy, brewed with mysterious grains of paradise.
• Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat® - An ale brewed with Michigan cherries. Crisp and fruity with a hint of honey.
• Samuel Adams® Hefeweizen - An unfiltered wheat ale, fruity, bright with a crisp flavor of wheat.
• Samuel Adams® Pale Ale - Toasty and crisp, an excellent beer for any occasion.

I’m a big fan of the Cherry Wheat from back when it was only seasonal and can’t wait to try the Summer Ale. Here’s hoping my local store has a 12-pack waiting for me when I walk through the doors… Be sure to look for a review in th coming weeks.
